Breaking Ground Soon!

Breaking Ground Soon!

CATEGORIES:

October 30th, 2019 – City permits have been approved to get the work on the future Talinn community underway!

As crews prepare to break ground, fencing will be going up to surround the entirety of the work area. Once secured, tree and cactus preservation and removal will begin. As always, as much natural vegetation that can remain will stay. That which is salvageable will be boxed up for future use.

At this particular site, vegetation clearing was actually already completed about 13 years ago as a previous builder once started to develop this land. That development was stopped before any homes actually were built. That means partial grading of this site is already completed.
