March 21, 2022 – Talinn sales begin with a “soft opening” with the opportunity to submit offers on 6 home sites. They have elected to provide a minimum price for the home, and will review highest and best offers.

The 6 homes are near completion and will be done in approximately 90 days. All options are already included and are final. There are NO changes to options, packages, etc.

The first 6 sites for sale will be available to view on March 26 and 27th between 10am-2pm.
