July 26 , 2021 – According to city permits the first few homes in Talinn have been given the green light by the city to start construction. The 8 homesites were submitted by D R H Construction Inc, and are likely to be the first offerings in this section of the development. This gives us a glimpse to a few of the floorplans that will be made available.

Below copy of the community map shows the lots labeled which have been approved by the city, and are likely (but not guaranteed) to be some of the first homesites available.

Talinn Homes for Sale — City approved permitting for first Single Family Residential homes in Talinn.

Information is collected from public records, and had not been formally announced. Pricing is not yet available. The final floorplan list has not been released by the builder.
