1.11.21 – Talinn in Desert Ridge is anticipating to start selling summer of 2021!  The primary builder at Talinn will have 3 distinct series of homes, ranging from approximately 1,600 sq ft – 3,500 sq ft spread across a total of 766 Lots. The exact floorplans and pricing are not yet available.

Meanwhile, a sub-builder at Talinn, called ‘Emblem at Talinn’ also anticipates to start selling homes in mid-2021. They will offer 6 different floorplans ranging from 2,553-3,744 sq ft in both single and two story options, and between 3-6 bedrooms. Some floorplans are available, please register to request.

Talinn will be a gated community filled with amenities including workout room, “yoga lawn”, flex room, pools, pickleball/fitness courts, bathrooms, as well as various parks.
