May 29th, 2021 – The priority list for Shea Homes opened and almost immediately was overfilled with 3-4x as many interested buyers than the 81 lots available.  While this is disheartening news for any buyers looking to get into that section of the community, it’s not all bad news.

The good news is the primary home builder in Talinn has  500+ homesites that will still be developed.  Additional information such as floor plans, pricing, and pre-sales is expected towards the end of summer 2021.  To be notified the moment this information is available, and to be eligible for the $5,000 incentive register now.

Starting Prices and Pre-Sales

April 16- Emblem at Talinn has announced initial starting pricing and an expected pre-sales date of June, 2021. Please register and you will be sent an email with plans and pricing. 18 lots will be available for the launch of pre-sales.  The floorplans and pricing from the second builder at Talinn are not yet available.
